Santa's Helpers Arrive

My parents and Grandma arrived for Christmas on the Tuesday before Christmas. Kate was so excited to see them when she came down from her nap! I think she was surprised to see them there "live and in person" instead of on Skype.

We didn't have too much planned before Christmas other than spending good quality time together. Kate and Opa decided to build with the blocks.

Since Mom wasn't feeling great and Kate had a mild eye irritation the day before Christmas Eve, we decided to skip church. Instead we bundled Kate up and Daddy, Opa, Kate, Lolly and I went to look at the lights in the neighborhood. She had a great time running up and down the sidewalk and admiring the lights. She really loved the deer that moved and the bright, brright LED lights!
