At 7 months Elizabeth is approximately 27. It's the same as she was 2 weeks ago when she had her 6 month check up. At 6 1/2 months, Ellie weighed 18 lbs. 4 oz. Kate and Elizabeth were the same weight at that age and about the same length!
In the past month you have cut your first 2 teeth and your first top tooth looks to be cutting through very soon. Surprisingly you are pretty calm while teething. An occasion dose of Tylenol or Advil (usually only 1 time a day if any) and a few teething tabs is all it takes to sooth you.
You are really loving food although carrots and corn may not agree with you and so many foods seem to have them in there! You are only eating 2 meals a day. You aren't ready for food in the mornings after a bottle. Maybe that will change in a couple of weeks when sister starts her new school. You are trying to feed yourself puffs and you get so mad when you cant get them in your mouth! Oh you throw a tantrum!
Speaking of tempers, wow you are developing one. You still don't like being on your tummy and after a few minutes of trying to get something you through a fit. Not sure if you will ever crawl! Lately you spot toys in the car and try to reach for them as I am buckling you into your seat. You get mad when I tell you to wait or no! I think we have a diva in the making!
You're legs are strong! You only want to stand!
You already have little friends! Maya was born in September 2011 and Kate goes to school with her big sister, Rebecca. Ellie and Maya hung out at the park while the big girls had water play day.
You've been friends with Vanya (born November 2011) since the beginning. She's Katya's baby sister. You've have been chatting, smiling and recently playing together when we are at Gymboree. In a few months when you start school, you'll be in the same class!
Of course your very best friend is still your big sister, Kate. You just give her the biggest grins whenever she is around. You love her!
